Tigerair Australia and Bali flight cancellations

Tigerair Australia has advised that due to new administrative requirements imposed by the Indonesian Government, they are cancelling flights between Bali and Australia between the 13-20 Jan. Bali to Australia services will continue to operate until 16th Jan.
For existing policy holders:
For policies purchased prior to 9:30am (AEST) – Friday 13th January 2017, cover may be provided under the travel delay section of your policy. Please read the PDS for the relevant terms of conditions.
For new customers
For policies purchased after to 9:30am (AEST) – Friday 13th January 2017, cover is not available for events arising from any cancellation of Tigerair flights between Bali and Australia due to the new administrative requirements imposed by the Indonesian Government, as the event is no longer unforeseen. may be provided under the travel delay section of your policy. Please read the PDS for the relevant terms of conditions.
